How a GPP Works
How does the Grouppeace Process work?
1. Set up a conference call.
Everything in the Grouppeace Process can be done via a telephone conference call as Grouppeace facilitators do not have to be physically present with a client in order to facilitate the process.
Also, no person involved in a conflicted group (litigation, family, business), other than the client, needs to participate in or be consciously aware of the Grouppeace session. This is because the Grouppeace Process primarily works with the energies surrounding any conflicted group which exist regardless of any conscious awareness by members of the group.
2. Name the group energy, express intentions and set up a healing circle.
When the session starts, the group energy to be created is named by incorporating the words "I AM" into the name: examples; "the Jones case I AM group", "the Smith family I AM group". By doing so, one incorporates God's name into this process and sets the space/sets the intention for individual energies to be in unity with the Divine. The Grouppeace facilitator(s) and the client then state a specific intention to create the group energy, the "I AM" group. Invocations are expressed and a healing circle is created which will invoke only those energies that are in the highest and best interests of the "I AM" group energy.
3. Establish an energetic conference table.
Preparations are then made to establish a conference table. A conference table is a visual and energetic technique to bring together any participants who are interested in forming the group energy and who are there for the highest and best interests of the group. Imagination is the key here as the conference table participants (the conferees) can be anything. In prior Grouppeace cases, the following types of conferees have invited themselves: the higher selves of parties interested in the group (deceased parents, attorneys, litigation parties, separated spouses, various relatives, etc.); certain sub-personalities (a wounded child, rageful protector, etc.); the energies of anger, rage, enemy patterning; and various Angelic beings or masters who have deep connections to the participants.
4. Establish the Divine group energy of the case.
After the conference table is set, the facilitator(s) and the client act on the intention to co-create a healing group energy. Many activities can occur at the same time and vary greatly depending upon the needs of the client and the conflict he/she is dealing with.
Manifesting peace after the Grouppeace Process has completed.
When the Divine group energy of any particular case has formed, it has been created and exists in all time (past, present and future) regardless of what happens in the "outside world" because the healings have already occurred. The energy of these healings becomes embodied in the client/in the members of the group energy and can be felt by others who come into contact with them. In essence, when a person gains a greater measure of inner peace through the Grouppeace Process, other people will feel that peace and, in turn, also feel more at peace.
How the Grouppeace Process manifests change, however, depends on the decisions people make in subsequent contacts. The Grouppeace Process does not change the free will of the participants. But it does give conflicted parties greater freedom to change how they react to conflict so that they can choose a course of action which can manifest the highest and best for all concerned.
A client can "promote" the Divine group energy after the Grouppeace Process has completed in a variety of ways. When some clients have asked the group energy to be present, they are filled with a deep sense of peace that can not be ruffled by others. Conflicts are dissipated because the client, who is in a state of peace, does not react and reflect the conflict back. Other clients, in the middle of conflicted proceedings, have called upon the group energy and their higher selves to clarify what is the highest and best for all concerned. Others have called upon the group energy to help them manifest the strength and truthfulness to act in ways that encourage the highest and best.
When the Grouppeace Process has been used in litigation cases, sometimes wonderful and dramatic events have manifested. Cases that could not settle now settle. Intransigent parties communicate and find common ground. Advocating attorneys discover new insights and new strategies. Cases are still litigated but the advocating attorney has a greater measure of inner peace and is able to manifest what their client truly needs.
When the Grouppeace Process has been used in family settings, intense intimate conflicts can be healed. Harmful family patterns, which have controlled individuals for years, can be changed. Family members have greater freedom to know who they really are, what they enjoy and have a greater ability to make healthy choices.
